C) Payment Proof (Manual Payment Methods)
If you choose a payment method that requires proof (for example, Cash App), you may upload a screenshot/image as payment proof. The screenshot may include transaction details depending on what appears in your image.
D) Customer Support Communications
Information you provide when contacting us (for example, by email), including the content of messages and any attachments you send.
E) Device & Log Data
Technical data, such as IP address, device type, operating system, and similar log information used for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
Process and fulfill orders and provide delivery/shipping updates.
Review and verify payment proof submissions where applicable.
Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
Payments
Payments may be handled through third-party payment services (for example, Cash App) depending on the options available in the App.
We do not ask for or store your payment account passwords.
If you upload payment proof, we receive the image you submit and store it for verification and recordkeeping.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App and fulfill orders, such as:
Backend/database/authentication providers (for example, Supabase).
Cloud storage providers used to store uploaded images (such as payment proof screenshots).
Service providers assisting with customer support and operations.
We may also share information if required to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our business.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the App, fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data using the in-app “Delete Account” option (Profile → Danger Zone).
